First Come/First Served Reservations

The traditional method of making a tennis reservation is on a first come/first served (FCFS) basis. The tennis reservation system fully supports a FCFS only format or a combination system of Lottery and FCFS after the placement.

Regardless of how your system is configured, you can rest assured the most powerful reservation locking system in the industry is at work, preventing double bookings or leaving open, unused court times. The system accepts multiple reservations simultaneously via the Internet, IVR touch tone telephone system and the tennis pro shop with confidence that every transaction is going to go through correctly every time.

Members can be restricted to court times based on the player's membership type, court type, court time and day of the week. The system prohibits everyone from accessing the system prior to the authorized booking time.

The general public (GP) tennis player can access the system and make a court time reservation on a FCFS basis after creating an online profile. A separate set of reservation rules apply to the GP player. Tennis reservations can be restricted by court type, court time, day of the week and by GP type. General public access is ideal for the municipal tennis facility.

The tennis player can make FCFS reservation for round robin and other events. Player signup limits are setup by event and restrictions are enforced by NTRP ranking, membership type, facility and court time.
