Tee Sheet/Court Sheet Integration

Who is controlling what someone is being charged for a green/court fee, you or your staff? The point of sale system with the integrated tee/court sheets ensures everyone on the tee/court sheet is charged, and the correct revenue is collected. Before the first golfer or tennis player shows up, the system can provide you with the projected green/court fee revenue for the day by course and facility.

Every individual player who paid and checked in, is identified on the tee/court sheet with a red background; those not paid will show up with the original background color. Those players that are not checked in at the end of the day are considered a "No Show" by the system.

The system automatically calculates the correct green/court and cart fees based on the course, day of the week, holiday flag, tee/court time and membership type. Walk on golfers or tennis players can easily be added to the tee/court sheets or the staff can simple enter the member id number and let the system calculate the correct fees. General public or non-member golfer and tennis players always get charged the going rack rate.

The online member's photo assist the staff in verifying the correct person is checking in and not using another person's id number. The tee/court sheet comments automatically appear and notify the pro shop staff of any special needs or comments for the checking in party.
