Software as a Service (SaaS)

Software and hardware has always been a large out of pocket expense. On going maintenance, specialized computer systems, security issues, failed nightly backups or systems always in the need of an upgrade, forced the golf course to hire staff or outside consultants to maintain the system. The solution is running the Tee Time Reservation System on Chelsea's servers as a service (SaaS). The golf course only needs a computer with high speed internet access (since you're reading this page, you have everything you need to run the system) to operate the system. The "VOIP Telephone Gateway" provides the golfer with Touch Tone Telephone access via a local telephone number; the gateway forwards the call over the Internet to our servers, eliminating long distance or 800 telephone call charges.

Chelsea's SaaS solution is a monthly hosted service, where we are responsible for the hardware, security, telephone system, 3rd party software, updates...our Tee Time Reservation system is always current with the most recent version. The golf course no longer has to make the decision between paying for the update or living without a needed function and feature.

We take our responsibility seriously. We only use HP servers with real time off site backups, state of the art firewalls located in a secure data center directly connected to the Internet's backbone, providing the fastest possible internet response. Chelsea server's are secured with the latest in SSL encryption, giving both the golfer and the owner/manager the peace of mind that private sensitive data is encrypted during online transactions and the data is secure.

We understand not every club is comfortable with having the system hosted and private data located on the Internet. That is why we also offer and support an in-house version of the system.
