The club staff no longer has to handle the reservation process and members no longer have to go to the club and write their name on a list. We have modified our Court Reservation system to handle the unique requirements of these growing sports.

Members can go online from the comfort of their home and make a reservation 24/7 without involving the club's staff. The system automatically generates an email confirmation at the end of the reservation process with a unique confirmation number. The system can be configured to require all the member names to hold a reservation or one member name to hold the reservation for the group.

After the initial setup, the system is hands off for the club staff. The system automatically moves past reservations into history and opens future dates for reservations. Member play history reports and club utilization reports can be generated anytime.

For as little as $50.00 a month, smaller clubs can now offer their members the same convenience as larger clubs without breaking the bank. The optional integrated Point of Sale system can be added to ensure court fees and merchandise sales are recorded and collected.
